I just purchased Rock Band for my XBOX 360. This was one of my best game purchases to date. I usually do not purchase games at retail because I feel they are overpriced and believe after playing the game for a while, I would stop playing. In another words, the game play factor depreciates after beating the game for example. However, Rock Band is different. It involves 3 different instruments including a guitar, drums, and a mic. This is a game you’d likely want to play with friends and have a blast.
After getting the game, I was in a rush to open the package. Friends were over and we immediately set it up. Let’s just say we started playing at 9:00pm and I didn’t finish till 3:00am. At one point, I tried using the guitar and the mic, although I found it difficult without a mic stand.
In conclusion, I definitely recommend this game if you have a gaming console. Now if only the game developer found a way for players to create their own songs/beats…
